Job Title: Microbiological Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiological Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at 3A Management Corp. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our microbiology laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis of data and preparation of reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the development of standards, health and safety measures, and quality control procedures.
  • Compile records for analytical studies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide support for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, including awareness training and cultural competency training.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or certificate in a related field.
  • Experience in a microbiology laboratory setting is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
