Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare and package take-out food, portion and wrap foods, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Housekeeping and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, as well as sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
