Math Education Leader

As a leading math education provider, Mathnasium is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Customer Experience and Sales to join our team in South Surrey.
This role requires a driven individual who can provide exceptional customer service, develop business through new enrollments, and lead a team to deliver top-notch instruction. If you're passionate about making a difference in students' lives and have experience in sales, customer relations, and leadership, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless experience for enrolled families, responding promptly to their needs and providing regular updates on student progress.
- Sales: Develop business by successfully enrolling students, identifying opportunities for promoting the brand, and networking with the local community.
- Leadership: Mentor and coach team members to deliver high-quality instruction, support employee development, and maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the center.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
