Job Title: Planning Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Officer to join our team at GF Partnership.

Job Summary:

The Planning Officer will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing office procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and budget management.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including conflict resolution and team management.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
  • Reliable and adaptable with excellent time management skills.
