About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for both the platform and corporate environments, ensuring robust protection against emerging threats and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, prioritizing and advocating for security practices that support Coveo's business goals, encouraging innovation, and emphasizing efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security team that cares about the business and maintains excellent collaboration with all departments.
  • Serve as Coveo's key advisor to the executive team and board on cybersecurity matters, including risk management, incident management, compliance & governance.
  • Collaborate with and influence multiple business functions, including nurturing close relationships with R&D & IT to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, in a technology or software company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and a proven track record building and executing on a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire accountability and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Extensive knowledge of various information security management frameworks and the critical thinking necessary to decide how to apply them to serve different business cases.
What We Offer

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly evolving industry.
