Coveo is a pioneering AI-powered search and personalization technology company seeking a seasoned professional to drive its security strategy. As our Chief Information Security Officer, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our assets, data, and customer information.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global security strategy that ensures robust protection against emerging threats and aligns with industry best practices.

We are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire accountability, motivate teams, and drive innovation. Your strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex security risks will be invaluable in collaborating with our R&D and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and execution of our global security strategy for both platform and corporate environments.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, prioritize security practices that support business goals, encourage innovation, and emphasize efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security team that cares about the business and maintains excellent collaboration with all departments.
  • Serve as Coveo's key advisor to the executive team and board on cybersecurity matters, including risk management, incident management, compliance & governance.
  • Collaborate with and influence multiple business functions to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and a proven track record building and executing on a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire accountability and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Extensive knowledge of various information security management frameworks and the critical thinking necessary to decide how to apply them to serve different business cases.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
