- Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shortages or delays.
- Capture and log delivery times and provide reports.
**Requirements**
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills (both in English and French).
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and French.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and Excel.
- One year of experience in transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- A team player who can also work independently as well as within a team.
**Working Conditions**
