About the Role

Rubicon Path is seeking an experienced Digital & Data Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and reporting on the development and implementation of the Digital and Data Action Plan. This includes implementing processes and practices, facilitating portfolio management, and working closely with program leads and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer measurement and reporting protocols for evaluation of the Digital & Data Action plan
  • Support multiple teams across the cluster, ensuring portfolio goals are reached
  • Work closely with Program Leads, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop various portfolio management related processes
  • Establish and implement effective and efficient portfolio management strategies in compliance with HSC's methodologies, standards, and frameworks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the healthcare system, structures, processes, stakeholder groups, and affected populations
  • Extensive experience managing complex projects with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery within approved plans, scope, and budget and business outcomes
  • Demonstrated leadership and resource management skills, including the ability to direct activities and manage a variety of professionals
