Liquor Store Manager Position

Alpha Liquor Discount Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our liquor store, including supervising sales staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Staff Management: Assign tasks, provide guidance, and evaluate performance of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and high sales volumes.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order merchandise, and authorize returns to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque, manage cash flow, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience in retail management or a related field
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
