Liquor Store Manager

Alpha Liquor Discount Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals who embody our company values and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Authorize Payments and Orders: Process payments, authorize merchandise returns, and place orders for inventory replenishment.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store coverage.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain disruptions, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Organize Inventory: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Supervise Sales Team: Coach, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Client Focus: Prioritize customer needs, provide personalized service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
