We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to strengthen our team. As an operational IT infrastructure and systems engineer, you will provide level 2 and 3 technical support, manage IT infrastructures (servers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi), and maintain our Azure environment.
You will work with the cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Responsibilities
- Provide level 2 and 3 support assistance for IT Infrastructure operations
- Configure and manage servers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi
- Integrate new sites within the group
- Document procedures and system documentation
- Monitor and follow up on communications regarding tasks, incidents, and outages
- Control and test backups
- Standardize and integrate different environments and technologies following best practices and Solina standards
- Maintain our Azure environment: planning, management, security and continuous improvements
- Log all incoming support requests and resolve them while ensuring a high level of communication
- Configure, install, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals
- Collaborate closely with application, workplace and cyber security teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a network/system administrator or engineer
- Strong knowledge of Azure is essential
- Ambition to progress into an infrastructure member project role
- Proactiveness and independence
- Experience with Azure, Windows, VMware, Fortinet, switches, Ruckus, Citrix, and O365
- Experience with PRTG and Service Now is a plus
- Proficiency in L2 and L3 network design and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), fluent in English
- Willingness to travel to other sites in North America and Europe (15% of the time)
- Decisive, flexible, able to improvise, and works with precision
- Adherence to company policies on environmental, health, and workplace safety standards
