Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job SummaryThe Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Prepare and serve food, including portioning and wrapping items
- Operate dishwashers and wash dishes by hand
- Replenish condiments and supplies in the dining area
- Take customer orders and serve food at counters or buffet tables
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors
The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a team environment and multitask
- Positive attitude and flexibility
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
