Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Project Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As an Installation Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation process, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and internal departments to coordinate project-related tasks, from assignment to completion.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain RMA numbers and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ship materials back to vendors.
  • Track and follow up with vendors for replacement materials.
  • Coordinate with service coordinators and project managers for replacement material delivery.
  • Sign in defective or unnecessary materials from technicians.
  • Maintain a designated return area in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams for return and shipping activities.
  • Manage access control cards, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping to customers.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College or university degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Indigenous persons.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
