Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at RAAH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Prepare reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
