Job Summary

Bhatoa Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, to ensure effective project execution and quality control.

Quality Control and Assurance

Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Contract Administration

Prepare and negotiate contracts, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.

Site Management

Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, including the management of materials, equipment, and personnel.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a construction management role, with a strong background in project planning, budgeting, and team management.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

30-40 hours per week.
