Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.

Job Summary:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading our financial strategy, planning, and operations. This includes allocating resources, establishing departments, and formulating policies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead the establishment of financial policies and procedures
  • Represent the company in financial negotiations and other official functions
  • Supervise and develop a team of financial professionals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
