Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
Business Planning:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive business plans.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA designation or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis and planning.
