Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the department manager in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded, providing a positive experience for all customers.
- Drive sales growth by promoting products, building relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Support the department manager in achieving business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Mobilize and coach the team to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service, sales, and returns.
- Support the department manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations and customer service.
