Job Description:

As a Sales Manager Assistant Department Clothing and Footwear, you will be the right-hand person to your Department Manager and a reference in customer service and sales. You will work alongside the other members of the management team, taking charge of various responsibilities, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and advice to customers;
  • Mobilizing and empowering the team by sharing the company and management team's vision;
  • Ensuring department objectives are met by structuring and organizing work;
  • Being a point of reference for applying standards and policies in customer service and the department;
  • Creating a selling and customer experience culture in the department;
  • Supporting the Department Manager and ensuring instructions are respected in their absence.
