About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Robyn and Andrew Kirsop. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to our family in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Childcare Services: Provide childcare services to our children, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and putting them to bed.
  • Household Management: Manage the household, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for our children.
  • Supervision: Supervise and care for our children at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our family to ensure our children's needs are met and to provide updates on their daily activities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Environment

The Home Childcare Provider will work in our employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Public transportation is available, and travel expenses will be paid by the employer.

Security and Safety

The Home Childcare Provider will be required to undergo a background check and provide references.
