Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a high level of performance and productivity.
- Operations Management
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Monitor quality and production levels, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Customer Service
- Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional service and support.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to resolve issues.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English language
