Job Description

**Service Operations Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Specialist to join our team at Sony Pictures Imageworks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to internal customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner, following established procedures and protocols.
  • System Installation and Removal: Install and remove hardware and software, following standard procedures and protocols.
  • Network Support: Provide support and assistance with network-related issues and problems.
  • Application Support: Provide support and assistance with application-related issues and problems.
  • Security Operations: Provide support and assistance with security-related issues and problems.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update knowledge management systems and content.
  • Asset Management: Maintain and update asset management systems and content.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
