Job Opportunity
Safe Engineering Services & technologies Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales invoices and quotes.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.
- Review and finalize sales contracts and amendments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone and email.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of French language.
- Science background or related field.
- Programming skills or experience with software development.
