Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven Senior Project Architect with a robust design background and a passion for leadership. With over 5 years of experience, you will have the chance to take on substantial responsibilities, mentor junior team members, and progress your career in a dynamic and design-centric environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design process, delivering innovative and practical solutions across a variety of exciting projects.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through to construction, showcasing leadership and creativity.
  • Collaborate with project managers, senior architects, and team members to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Engage with clients and consultants, playing a pivotal role in construction administration and project coordination.
  • Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents, ensuring high standards and compliance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, contributing fresh ideas and solutions to the design process.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, create impactful presentations, and effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth project execution and resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a diverse and impressive project portfolio.
  • Progress towards or achievement of architectural licensure is preferred.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Experience managing all phases of projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for architecture with a drive to make a significant impact.
