We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at Cheng-Chung Yu Professional Corporation. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with governing legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
- Accounting Systems: Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems, including accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial applications.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
