Job Summary

Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our team as a key member of our wealth management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deepening and broadening new and existing client relationships from an assigned block.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert financial planning and advisory services to clients, including investment advice and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Wealth Management, to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the delivery of best-in-class financial services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or advisory role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
