Job Title: Chief Business Analyst

As a Chief Business Analyst at National Bank, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic analysis and project management.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis and process improvement initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Develop and maintain business requirements and solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide business analysis and project management support to business stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Industry-related university degree and several years of relevant experience
  • Business analysis skills in a technology-savvy ecosystem
  • Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modelling, BPMN, lean approach
  • Experience with test scenarios and user support
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, synthesizing, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence...)
