About the Role

CBI Consultants Ltd. is seeking a skilled Behavioural Consultant to join our team. As a Behavioural Consultant, you will work with clients to identify and address behavioural issues, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address behavioural issues
  • Provide therapy and counselling services to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement behaviour modification plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, social work)
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour modification techniques and theories
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
