Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize restaurant operations to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and labor costs
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and labor laws
