Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Specialized Products Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the division, including the development and implementation of an annual business plan, production management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an annual business plan that aligns with the company's strategic plans
  • Conduct effective production management and inventory control processes
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and the community
  • Develop and support a respectful work environment that promotes diversity and equality
  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a business or division
  • Successful experience in managing a manufacturing business
  • Strong management skills, including decision-making, negotiations, and project management
  • Knowledge of lumber and building supplies is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet
