This role is part of our Financial Risk Oversight team in Capital Markets. As a Senior Specialist, you'll provide risk oversight in monitoring and managing financial risks to support strategic corporate objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting independent oversight to ensure robust financial risk management activities.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert to identify, assess, measure, monitor, and report on key financial risks.
  • Employing quantitative and qualitative assessment techniques to analyze financial statements, internal data, risk policy compliance, risk appetite development, and consultation with stakeholders.
  • Utilizing tools, models, and analytics to assess and measure aggregated credit and financial risk exposure.
  • Providing support and guidance to business lines on risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Influencing strategic direction, policy setting, and business decisions through analytics and risk assessment results.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A postgraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business management.
  • Minimum five years of experience in capital markets and financial risk oversight or related fields.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in risk management practices.
  • Expertise in areas like investments, capital markets, capital management, credit risk, rating methodologies, liquidity management, and financial instruments.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.

This position offers:

  • An estimated salary range of $96,446 to $124,558 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
