Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Romilos Holdings Ltd. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work setting: Restaurant
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, Flexibility, Initiative, Organized, Reliability, Team player
