We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at House of Boateng Brunch & Catering. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to a high standard.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer demands.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
- Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
