EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Training Coordinator to support the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in their administrative and training needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the RVPs, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing unexpected surprises.
  • Manage the RVPs' schedules and calendars, including making travel arrangements and booking meetings with vendors and direct reports.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, data entry, and filing.
  • Coordinate training programs, including developing agendas, managing vendors, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the Co-op Program Lead in developing and executing marketing initiatives, including building relationships with vendors and committees.

Requirements

  • College or university degree.
  • Administrative, marketing, and/or event coordination experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
