Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Webber Infrastructure Management Canada Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and that value for money is achieved.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered safely and with minimal disruption.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as asset management, road maintenance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the infrastructure management industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
