Job Description

Masternet Ltd is seeking a skilled Plastic Compound Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet company standards.
  • Operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die.
  • Set up and operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
