Job Title: Extruder Operator

Masternet Ltd is seeking a skilled Extruder Operator to join our team. As an Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for operating mixing machines and extruding plastic compounds through nozzles or dies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of material produced to meet company standards.
  • Operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity.
  • Set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compounds through nozzles or dies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth and Indigenous workers.
Work Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
