Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Contract Administrator to collaborate closely with project teams, negotiate and review contracts with GCs and sub-trades, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction contracts, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective contract management and negotiation
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and payment certifications
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure high-quality standards
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve construction-related issues and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in contract administration within the construction industry, preferably on educational projects
  • Deep understanding of construction contracts
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Obsessively detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
