Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a pivotal role at Reel FX Creative Studios. This position works closely with the Talent Acquisition team to manage all staffing needs, acting as an intermediary between candidates and TA Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and post job descriptions, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team for efficiency in the recruitment cycle.

Coordinate interviews with candidates, TA Specialists, and Supervisors across multiple time zones and locations.

Manage application data entries, create reports, add feedback, and other information on applicants through the ATS.

Process reference checks as needed.

Participate in recruitment events (schools/job fairs and others).

Coordinate travel arrangements for interviews and recruitment-related needs.

Support the Talent Acquisition team with other related tasks.

Requirements:

DEC, Bachelor's (BA) degree or equivalent experience.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience or basic knowledge of the field of animation, VFX, or gaming studio is a plus.

Proven work experience in administration or similar role.

Experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Bilingual (French-English).

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
