About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Advisor to join our team at WSP Canada. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective talent management and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement: Collaborate with our Engagement & Enablement Team to analyze data and provide insights on key actions to increase engagement within designated client groups.
  • Total Compensation: Work with our compensation team to provide guidance on WSP's overall compensation programs and ensure pay equity among employees.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with the business to assess workforce needs and work with the Talent Acquisition team to meet business KPIs.
  • Talent Development & Management: Provide guidance on WSP's talent development programs to foster a continuous learning and development culture.
  • Succession Planning: Participate in succession planning by identifying emerging diverse talent and supporting employee development plans.
  • Critical Role Identification and Planning: Support client groups in identifying critical roles and ensuring the use of People and Culture programs to develop employees.
  • Performance Management: Provide coaching and advice on our performance management program to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Financial Modeling: Ability to analyze compensation and budget data to inform labor requirements.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in a strategic/client-facing HR role, preferably in a large, matrix organization.
