About the Role:


The Stock Keeper position is a vital component of Hudson's warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. This role involves monitoring the receiving and checking of products, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating transfers between the warehouse and shops. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and manage inventory reports, tracking stock levels and identifying trends.
  • Coordinate the delivery of goods to terminals and shops, ensuring timely and accurate receipt.
  • Inspect goods upon receipt, reporting any damage or discrepancies to the Stock Supervisor or General Manager.
  • Collaborate with terminal/store managers and shift supervisors to optimize stock levels and meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as required by the business or leadership team.

Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of previous warehouse experience.
  • Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry.
  • Able to walk up and down stairs, carrying boxes, product, and other necessary store-related items.
  • Able to perform warehouse maintenance, including sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, and cleaning.
