Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Exalted Construction Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee workers and projects, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train workers, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports, estimate costs and materials, and operate CADD and other computer software systems.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Construction, maintenance, and residential settings.
