Retail Store Operations Manager

Alberta Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign tasks and duties to staff members, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered and that customers receive a seamless shopping experience.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3-4 people in the team.
- 5-10 people in the team.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
