Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. This includes ensuring that company rules and regulations are followed, inventory counts are conducted promptly, and established merchandising practices are adhered to. The Retail Operations Manager will also participate in recruitment and training activities for new employees.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years' experience in the retail industry.
- Experience in team management.
- Flexible availability required (day, evening, weekend).
- Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The estimated salary range is based on national averages for similar positions in Canada.
