Job Title: Product DesignerWe're seeking a passionate and creative Product Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform's user experience. As a Product Designer, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing existing user journeys and uncovering new avenues for growth through your design expertise and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into a best-in-class user experience
- Lead concept ideation and iterations, bringing ideas to life with wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs
- Collaborate with our development team to ensure design feasibility and support implementation
- Partner with brand, product, and marketing design teams to align on business requirements and create a cohesive user journey
- Implement and enhance our design system, identifying opportunities to elevate the overall user experience
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across the platform
- Own features and products from inception to launch and beyond, guiding the design process through user research, competitive analysis, product definition, usability testing, and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI roles
- Educational background in design, design systems, UI/UX, or other relevant field
- Designing of B2B SaaS experience required
- Experience designing for B2B Insurtech/Fintech/LegalTech is a plus
- Experience with Figma and Jira
- Very comfortable working self-directed
- Excels in a fast-paced and startup environment, not afraid to get hands dirty
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process, methodologies, and final products
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences
