Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and QuickBooks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
