Food and Beverage Service Manager

At Kingsway Restaurant, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and promote a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a team player culture.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting areas for improvement and progress.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules, promoting flexibility and adaptability within the team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
