We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Cutter to join our team at Al Salam Halal Meat. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, utilizing your knowledge of meat cutting techniques.
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Wrap and package prepared meats, ensuring they are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Weigh meats for sale, accurately and efficiently.
- Grind meats, following established procedures to ensure quality and safety.
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products, showcasing our products in an appealing and visually appealing way.
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood, demonstrating your expertise in meat preparation.
This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment. You will be working in a fast-paced retail setting, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
