We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Han Kook Meat Trading Ltd. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers, cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, wrapping and packaging prepared meats, training meat cutters, and preparing special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products.
Responsibilities- Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Train meat cutters
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Health care plan
- Permanent work term
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Work language: English
