Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced UX Engineering Program Manager to join our dynamic Product Design team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and program management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid understanding of UX Design and UX Engineering (UXE). This role requires expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) and creating and maintaining Power BI reports.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage complex UX Engineering programs and projects from inception to completion
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams as the primary point of contact for all UX Engineering related projects and programs
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, task management, and collaboration
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project and program dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI
  • Create visual representations of data using various tools and techniques
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Continuously enhance reporting capabilities to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders based on trust and transparency

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of successful project or program management experience
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI (or equivalent applications)
  • Proven experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for project management and tracking
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and metrics for project insights and data visualization
  • Demonstrated execution of project management methodology
  • Command of SDLC in waterfall and Agile projects
  • Deep understanding of UX design principles, methodologies, and best practices
  • Solid technical background and experience working with UXE teams
  • Experience mentoring and providing guidance to team members
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing requests simultaneously and under high pressure and tight deadlines
  • Ability to partner effectively in a highly matrixed organization

Salary: $120,000 per year

Location: Remote work options available. Must be willing to travel occasionally.
